My P22QD now sports an Osprey Micro suppressor. Nothing bad has happened, so I guess the adapter's threads are straight. What more could you want? (actually, having an adapter between the barrel and the suppressor made timing the osprey micro really annoying, but that isn't this adapter's fault)
