The TRUE PRECISION 2rd Magazine Extensions for Glock 43 make cleaning easy. Simply remove the plate by loosening the set screw and remove the spring for ease of access. All of this while leaving the TRUE Magazine Extension body on the entire time. These extensions fit the and add +2rds to 9mm.
