The TULA AMMO 223Rem, 55Gr, Full Metal Jacket, 20/50, Steel Cased (TA223550BX) is used for sporting and hunting shooting through bolt-action and semi-automatic rifles and carbines. The cartridge keeps its qualities under various climatic and weather conditions independent of the season and at a temperature from - 20 to + 50 C.

The Tula Ammo cartridge complies with CIP requirements. It is settled upon chambering until the case shoulder rests against the chamber cone.

The phosphate polymer coating cartridge case is bottled-shaped with non-projecting flange and made of steel. The bullet of .223 Rem consists of copper or bimetal jacket and lead core.

    Steel cased ammo is basically all I run in my AK rifles, including my AK in 223. This is good ammo, with acceptable accuracy. I have had some soft strikes with this in my AR, so make sure your hammer spring is up to hitting the harder primers you find in Russian Tulammo.

    If you shoot a lot it's hard not to rely on steel cased ammo. You won't be hitting bulls eyes, but you gun will go pow every time.
